The latest regional meeting of ISBN agencies has taken place in Zagreb, Croatia. The meeting was held within the Nacionalna i sveučilišna knjižnica u Zagrebu (National and University Library of Zagreb) building, which is celebrating its thirtieth anniversary in 2025.

Delegates from the following agencies were present at the meeting:

• Bosnia & Herzegovina
• Bulgaria
• Croatia
• Hungary
• Kosova
• Montenegro
• Serbia
• Republic of Srpska
• Slovenia

Representatives from the International ISMN Agency and the International ISBN Agency were also present

The meeting involved several lively discussions about important issues representing ISBN and ISMN, and the publishing industry more generally. Reports were given on the implementation of ISBN in the represented countries, while the Croatian Agency introduced its new e-legal deposit system
