New Version of CERLALC Website Released

The Centro regional para el fomento del libro en America Latina y el Caribe (CERLALC) has released a new version of its website. This website is an invaluable resource for information about the supply chain for books, reading initiatives and copyright issues for CERLALC member countries. The web address of the CERLALC website is www.cerlalc.org.

As part of the website redesign, CERLALC supports the development of ISBN in its region. In fact, the website includes a specific section dedicated to ISBN in which information can be found about ISBN regulations, ISBN meetings, a directory of contacts and relevant publications. The ISBN section can be accessed at www.cerlalc.org/isbn. We encourage agencies and publishers from Latin America to visit the CERLALC website to learn more about ISBN services in that region.

CERLALC cooperates with The International ISBN Agency and is represented on its Board. The International ISBN Agency is appointed by ISO as the registration authority for the ISBN system.
